How To Apply For New Water Tap Service

You will need to complete an application for a new water tap as your first step.  You can come down to our office at 311 West C Street in Basin, Wyoming to get your application or have any questions you may have answered.  If you would like to have access to the application prior to your arrival you can call our office, Monday-Friday, 1pm-5pm at 307-568-2132 to request an application to be mailed or emailed to you.  You may also email us directly at sbhcwaterdistrict@gmail.com to request an application to be emailed to you. 

We will have to have proof of ownership of the property, so a copy of your warranty deed is needed along with your application.  If you don't have a copy, you can obtain one from the Big Horn County Clerk's office located at the Big Horn County Courthouse in Basin, Wyoming.
