John's expertise in water systems exceeds over 20 years. He is dedicated to ensuring South Big Horn Water District has the highest quality water and customer service. He is also the Director for Big Horn Regional Joint Powers Board.
Mike Neufer, Head Water Operator
Mike Neufer has extensive knowledge of water operating systems as head water operator for Big Horn Regional and taking over as head operator for South Big Horn County Water District upon retirement of Mike Dellos in 2025.
